Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Becoming a certified Mental Health Practitioner as well as my own personal experience has taught me that every moment filled with doubt, anxiety or pressure can be used as a catalyst for a fresh start. Your road to optimal mental health begins here.
My Approach
Cognitive, Behavioural & Neuro-Linguistic Techniques
Since 2015, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of the destructive thought patterns and the consequential emotional distress this causes.
Using cognitive, behavioural and neuro-linguistic therapeutic techniques, Free as a Butterfly is a one to one mentoring service inspired to help people overcome the problems they face with psychological and mental health issues. My aim is to guide people on a journey of self reflection, exploring defects of conscious and unconscious understanding that fuels stress, anxiety and low mood depression and self esteem issues.
Decipher the difference between fact and fiction.

I was apprehensive at first but quickly realised that this was the right thing for me to do. I realised through the sessions that sometimes the most obvious things to change are the hardest to see. Would recommend!

Some things are so obvious yet invisible to you. This is a great way to explore yourself and see the unhelpful habits you have gained that trip you up again and again. Wish I had done it sooner.

It's a shame this stuff isn't taught in school. You could save yourself years of anguish and be in a much healthier place. Can't thank Free as a Butterfly enough for guiding me through the maze that I found myself in.
